GFS-10
Product Description
Glucose-fructose syrup HFS-10 offers an ideal ratio of fructose and glucose, produced according to individual customer specifications and modern quality standards. The product is created by enzymatic hydrolysis of sweet corn starch followed by isomerization of glucose into fructose, which ensures its stable characteristics. Additional cleaning on ion exchange resins guarantees the absence of allergens, impurities and a consistently high quality of the finished product. Due to its versatile properties, HFS-10 is used in a wide range of food and beverage products, providing the necessary sweetness, improved taste and stability of the composition.
