Quality control at JKPZ: from raw-material intake to finished-product shipment

Лабораторный контроль продукции ЖКПЗ

The quality of the ingredient affects the recipe, the stability of the technological process and the characteristics of the customer's final product. Therefore, at the Zharkent starch plant, control begins before the launch of raw materials into production and continues until the batch is prepared for shipment.

Incoming corn inspection

The first point of control is the acceptance of grain. Specialists assess the compliance of raw materials with the established requirements and determine indicators that affect further processing. Inspection helps to prevent the production of raw materials with undesirable impurities or unstable characteristics.

The results of the input analysis are used to make a decision on the acceptance, storage and direction of corn to the technological process.

Process Parameter Monitoring

In the process of deep processing, it is important to comply with the regimens at each stage. Temperature, concentration, degree of purification and other parameters affect the properties of starch and syrups. Automated control allows you to monitor the process in real time and correct deviations in a timely manner.

Intermediate samples make it possible to assess not only the final result, but also the stability of individual stages of production.

Checking the finished batch

Before packaging or shipment, the finished product undergoes laboratory evaluation. The set of indicators depends on the type of product and its purpose. For starch, purity, appearance and functional properties are important, for syrups - composition, transparency, density and other characteristics provided for by the specification.

The batch is released after confirmation of compliance with the established requirements. For the customer, this means that the product is delivered not as impersonal raw materials, but as a controlled batch with certain parameters.

Traceability and BOM

Large enterprises purchase ingredients according to approved specifications. Prior to the start of regular deliveries, the parties agree on the requirements for the product, documents, packaging and logistics. This practice reduces the likelihood of discrepancies and speeds up the acceptance of goods on the buyer's side.

If necessary, the customer can request technical information, product samples and documents accompanying a specific delivery.

Quality as the basis of partnership

Even a small change in raw materials can affect the operation of the customer's line. Therefore, the main result of the control system is the repeatability of characteristics. It helps the manufacturer to maintain the recipe and avoid unplanned adjustments.

A modern laboratory, qualified specialists and control of several stages create the basis for long-term cooperation with enterprises in the food, feed and industrial industries.
